How do I get the right size?You can find everything you need in our Size Guide section, where we outline measurements to help you choose the right fit. Additionally, under each product, you’ll find specific details such as the model’s height and sizing reference. Are duties and taxes included?If you're located within the European Union, all duties and taxes are already included in the price — you won’t have to pay anything extra upon delivery. For customers outside the EU (such as the UK or the US), local import duties or taxes may apply. These charges are determined by your country’s customs authorities and are not included at checkout. U.S. customers typically won’t pay duties on orders under $800.

How do I return my order and get a refund?If your item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the return process, please email us at contact@revesleepwear.com. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps. Once we’ve received your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your location and payment method. In some cases, especially within the EU, refunds may arrive in as little as 2–3 working days.

How do I exchange an item?If your item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached, you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin the exchange process, please email us at contact@revesleepwear.com. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours with the next steps and confirm availability of the item you'd like to exchange for. Please note that exchanges are subject to stock availability, and we recommend reaching out as soon as possible to secure your preferred size or style.

How do I exchange an item?If your item has all tags attached, remains unworn, unwashed, you can exchange it within 28 days. To issue a return label please contact contact@reve.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours and provide you with all the steps on how to exchange your order.

How do I take care of the product?We recommend following the instructions on the fabric tag on the inside of your garment. Each garment has specific instructions on how to care for your product. All of our products include a tag with a QR code that leads to the Care section on our website, where you’ll find more detailed guidance on how to look after your sleepwear.
